You must access the register.
In the search window, type winver to find out which version you have.

Type regedit in the search window and then click on that icon that appears above.

CPU

Launch the Registry Editor by typing regedit.exe in the Start menu and navigate to the following path:

For version 1511
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TimeBroker
Look for the Start entry and change its value from dword:00000003 to dword:00000004 (simply replace the 3 at the end of the value with 4).

For version 1607 & 1703

Look for the Start entry and change its value from dword:00000003 to dword:00000004 (simply replace the 3 at the end of the value with 4).


Changing this value could have an impact on Cortana´s performance, but it appears to be closely connected to the high CPU usage in Windows 10. In case you´re not using Cortana at all, (not available in Dutch) you´re on the good side. Otherwise, setting reminders won´t work.

Go to conttol panel, power options
   


Choose High Performance

Click onThis PC with your right mouse button/properties and see how much internal memory you have.

Clear Automatically manage

Custom size
If you have 4 gb internal memory then the initial value is 4 x 1024 =4096 mb
And double the maximum size
Restart the computer.
